Each home features three comfortable bedrooms, for a total of six sleeping areas across both properties. Each bedroom is equipped with comfy bedding and pillows, as well as a Smart TV so no one has to fight over the remote in the living room.

Each primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in rain shower, and plush towels.

The second bedroom of each home has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for families with kids, featuring two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Each home also has an additional full bathroom off the main living space with a shower and tub combo and extra towels.

Each full kitchen has all the essentials you’ll need to cook tasty meals for your entire group. Enjoy modern, stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and an extended breakfast bar with seating for five people. There’s also a large dining room table with seating for six.

The open floor plan allows for easy socializing, with the lounge located directly across from the kitchen. Each lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen Smart TV, providing the perfect setting for a family movie night or planning for your next exciting day in Orange Beach. If you have extra guests, there are comfy sofa beds in each living room.

There is also a private pool on each property. These saltwater pools are perfect for a quick dip if you don’t feel like heading over to the beach, and there are sun loungers around the exterior for a relaxing session of tanning close to home.

When you are ready for a beach day, the white sand is just a two-minute walk from the property. Your vacation home is located right along the main strip of Orange Beach (Perdido Beach Blvd), which provides access to the beautiful beach, along with countless restaurants and bars serving cold drinks year-round.

Access

Guests will have private access to both homes, along with the private pools located in the back of each home. Enjoy six beautifully decorated bedrooms, four lovely full bathrooms, two fully-equipped kitchens, and ample lounging space. Free parking is available for up to six vehicles in the shared driveway located between the two houses.

As a result of the great location and the increasing popularity of Orange Beach, you can expect Perdido Beach Blvd (in front of the home) to get busy, especially on holidays. Note that although the beach is directly across the street, it is recommended that guests use the crosswalk on Perdido Beach Blvd located approximately 300 feet east of the unit.

Neighborhood

You will be located right across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with deeded beach access making it a quick walk. Orange Beach is famous for beautiful beaches, fresh seafood, and relaxing atmosphere

Transit

I highly recommend using ride share services like Uber or Lyft.

Notes

We respectfully remind you that our home is not a hotel. If any problems do arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Beach Access:
We recommend that guests use the crosswalk on Perdido Beach Blvd to access the beach across the street. This is the safest way across and is located approximately 300 feet east of the unit.

Location:
Our beach retreat is located right on the main strip of Orange Beach, Perdido Beach Blvd, so you’ll benefit from access to the beach and some amazing restaurants and bars, all year round. Please note that Perdido Beach Blvd can get extremely busy, especially during the holidays and peak season.

Pool:
Our pool team services the pool regularly. We do our best to avoid interruptions to your vacation time, but if our friendly maintenance team arrives, please do allow them to quickly service the pool. They’ll be on their way again before you know it!

Pets:
Please note that we have a strict no-pets policy.

Security Camera:
Please note that we have an exterior security camera that monitors access to the front door. The camera is monitored and recorded 24/7 so that we can verify compliance with our rental policies. Rest assured that there are no cameras indoors, nor do any of the cameras have views of the interior of the house.

HouseRules

By reserving this home you acknowledge you have read and consent to follow all rules. Failure to follow any of the house rules is cause for the host to cancel the remaining reservation without a refund and ask you to vacate the property immediately.

You must submit a copy of your Government Issued ID to the host prior to receiving access code to the home. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

There is a maximum of 10 people (including children). If there are more guests than what was agreed upon in your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $25 per person per night.

Please respect check-in (4:00 PM) and check-out (10:00 AM) times. Late checkout not agreed to by host ahead of time in writing (Airbnb Platform) will be subject to a fee of $150 an hour. After two hours, you will be charged for a full night stay.

There is a 3 car maximum unless there is prior approval from the host. No parking of RV, trailers, or boats without written permission from host.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED!

QUIET TIME is 10pm until 7am!

All persons must be 25 years of age or older to stay in this property (except children accompanied by their parents).

If any mattresses have been “wet”, you will be billed for the full cost of the replacement of the mattress. Please do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil on. Clean any spills immediately. Report any damages on the booking platform immediately to the host. All unreported damages will be reported to Airbnb.

Please do not rearrange the furniture.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the house or near any open doors or windows. A $500 cleaning fee in excess of the regular cleaning fee will be charged to the guest and the remaining reservation will be cancelled without refund. You will also be charged for any damages.

No Pets allowed. Any unauthorized pets will be cause for cancellation of remaining reservation without refund along with an additional $300 cleaning fee in excess of regular cleaning fee.

No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

Pillows, sheets, and towels are provided, but we ask that you bring your own beach towels. Soaps and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) are provided UPON ARRIVAL ONLY to cover your first one of two nights of stay. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest.

Please do not flush sanitary products down the toilets.

Please turn off AC when going out and keep windows shut.

Please do your dishes.

ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES OR OPEN FLAMES of any kind, including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.

The possession and use of fireworks in Orange Beach is illegal. If a guest violates the law they will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

We kindly ask our guests to take out the trash before leaving our home. Trash collection is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please roll trash bins to the street for collection on Monday night and Thursday night.

Each person renting and staying in our home agree to be responsible for all damage and loss of personal property to his or her as well as all persons, occupants, guests, and invitees’ personal property during the term of this rental agreement. Furthermore, the owners are considered harmless to damage, loss or theft of such personal property.

By booking this home Guests agree to follow all pool rules listed below, understand swimming is at their own risk, and agree hold harmless and waive all liability of property hosts.

Pool
-The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
-There is no diving or jumping in the pool.
-No glass allowed in the pool area.

Security Camera
We have one security camera on the property on the front patio monitoring access to the front door. The camera is monitored and active recording is taking place 24/7. Cameras are never placed in or with any view inside of the home. Cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.

Any attempt to tamper with, disconnect, or obscure the security cameras will be cause for immediate cancellation of the remaining reservation without a refund.
Wifi

The WIFI must remain connected at all times. If the WIFI connection goes down please contact the host for assistance. Any attempt to disconnect the WIFI will be cause for immediate cancellation of the remaining reservation without a refund.

Maintenance
Any issue that Guest has with the Unit shall be immediately reported to the Host via the booking platform. Guests understand that the Host shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to Host by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of the reservation or give the Guest any right to a refund or rental adjustment.

Furthermore, Guests are required to allow access to Host, or individual designated by Host to enter the Unit to address any maintenance issues reported by the Guest or otherwise discovered by the Host. The Host will give reasonable notice to the Guest, except in the event of an emergency repair that can do serious damage such as a water leak or fire.

Pests
Guests also understand that Orange Beach is located in a warm and humid climate, and that insects, rodents, and other pests flourish in this environment. Although the Owner will make their best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guests understand that any contact with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of the reservation or give the Guest any right to a refund or rental adjustment.

*There will be no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things beyond our control. Trip insurance recommended during hurricane season*

Follow these checkout procedures to avoid an extra cleaning fee:

-Checkout time is 10:00am.
-Please leave sheets on the beds, place used towels in the bath tub. Please do not remove mattress covers, quilts or pillows from the rooms.
-Turn off all lights and TVs.
-Close and lock all doors.
-If there is any damages, please let us know ASAP so we can have it fixed immediately.
