Space

This 3BR / 2.5BA townhome sleeps 8 and is built for a family Disney trip: a private pool to cool off in after the parks, a kids' bunk room they'll ask to go back to, and enough room for everyone to spread out instead of piling on top of each other. It's a quick drive to the parks, so midday naps and pool breaks are easy, and it's comfortable enough that the days you stay in still feel like vacation.

Neighborhood

Our townhome sits inside Bella Vida, a quiet, 24-hour gated resort community just off Hwy 192 in Kissimmee. It's a relaxed, well-kept setting a short drive from the parks, with restaurants, shopping, and everyday essentials close by — including Old Town and Medieval Times just minutes away. It's a great balance of convenience and calm, especially after a full day out.

Transit

You'll want a car to get around the area. The home is about 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, with Universal and Orlando's other attractions a bit farther out, and quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday essentials. Getting in and out of the community is simple, without the traffic and congestion of the larger resort areas closer to the parks.

🔐 Bella Vida is a private, gated resort community with 24-hour security. We'll share simple entry instructions and register your vehicle for gate access before you arrive.
💦 Private pool with a removable child safety fence. Please supervise children around the water at all times; there's no lifeguard.
