Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center

The Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center is a fun, low-effort rainy-day plan we point Smoky Mountains guests toward when a wet forecast rules out the mountains for the day. It’s fully indoors on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, with more than 100 wax figures spanning classic Hollywood icons, music stars, and superheroes, photo ops built into nearly every scene along the way.

A single ticket covers the wax museum, and the same building also houses several add-on attractions, an inflatable and laser attractions arcade, a 4D moving theater, and a mirror maze, so it’s easy to turn a quick stop into a longer visit if the rain keeps up. Most families move through the wax figures alone in about an hour, longer with kids stopping for photos at every display.

It sits right in the middle of the Pigeon Forge Parkway, close to most of our Pigeon Forge and Sevierville cabins, so it’s an easy add to a day that’s already been rerouted indoors. We tend to suggest it as a fun, photo-heavy way to fill an hour or two rather than a full-day plan, pairing well with a meal out or a movie at Governor’s Crossing on the same rained-out afternoon.
